Job summary

Primech A&P Pte. Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive to manage end-to-end procurement across multiple sites.

You will source, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, issue and monitor purchase orders, and track supplier performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field and at least 5 years in procurement or strategic sourcing, with strong ERP/e-procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in supply chain, procurement, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP/e-procurement platforms and databases.
• Familiarity with safety/environmental requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to PO closing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and audits.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Maintain vendor lists, pricing records, and procurement docs.
• Track inventory, demand, and lead times to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams.
