• Negotiate pricing, terms and service levels balancing cost, quality and reliability.
• Support site mobilisation from pre-opening through launch.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery or quality.
• Develop procurement processes, vendor databases and sourcing frameworks as the business scales.
• Support tenders, costing exercises and business development initiatives where procurement input is required.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, Finance, Culinary and HSE on cross-functional projects.

Position Summary

We are looking for a commercially minded Procurement Executive / Senior Executive to support the growth of our Institutional Catering business.

This is not a traditional purchasing role. You will support the procurement needs of our client-operated sites, while helping us build new supplier networks, develop vendor partnerships and identify solutions that can support new business opportunities as the division grows.

You should be comfortable operating in a start-up environment within an established Group, where roles are fluid, cross-functional exposure is expected and initiative matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requirements for our institutional catering sites, including foodservice equipment, smallwares, consumables, packaging and other operational supplies.
• Source, evaluate and onboard new vendors to support existing sites and new business opportunities.
• Build supplier networks and identify new products, services and commercial solutions that can strengthen our client offering.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and service levels while balancing cost, quality and reliability.
• Support new site mobilisation from pre-opening through launch.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve pricing, delivery, quality or service issues.
• Develop procurement processes, vendor databases and sourcing frameworks as the business scales.
• Support tenders, costing exercises and business development initiatives where procurement input is required.
• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Finance, Culinary and HSE teams on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within F&B, catering, hospitality, facilities management or related industries.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and commercial skills.
• Resourceful and confident engaging new suppliers and developing relationships from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Able to independently manage multiple projects and site requirements.
