Private Advertiser is seeking a sourcing professional for our Central Kitchen. You will negotiate and purchase food and non-food items, manage supplier relationships, and ensure continuous supply.

Collaboration with Production and QA will help maintain product quality and adherence to specifications. The role requires a proactive, meticulous team player with strong Excel skills, fluent in Mandarin and English, and a focus on quality and customer service.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in F&B.
• Team player with strong process control and integrity.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to quality and customer focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Source, negotiate, and purchase food and non-food items for Central Kitchen.
• Maintain supplier relationships while driving cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Production and QA to ensure product quality within specs.
• Ensure product supply stability and availability.
• Participate in vendor performance reviews.
• Analyze inventory levels and manage excess/obsolescence.
• Generate purchase orders and maintain filing system.
• Conduct cost analysis and set benchmarks for improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and identify training needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and practices.
• Perform ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.
