Qualifications

• Strong ability to diagnose complex cross-functional processes and design practical future-state workflows.
• Experience leading process-transformation or service-improvement initiatives with defined workstreams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and quality across transformation scopes.
• Proven facilitation and stakeholder alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large process-transformation assignments from diagnosis through implementation and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with business, operations, policy and technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Organise work across sponsors, process owners and participants to ensure coherent delivery.
• Coach junior practitioners and drive adoption of new ways of working.
