SSG SkillsFuture Singapore invites a seasoned Process Transformation lead to drive medium-to-large assignments from diagnosis to implementation, balancing analyses, risks, and stakeholder management. You will work across business, operations, policy and technology to map current processes, design future-state ways of working, and translate transformation opportunities into scalable solutions.

Competenze

Sound process-mapping, problem-framing and root-cause analysis skills to diagnose complex cross-functional processes.
Designs practical future-state processes and translates findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
Manages project risks, dependencies and quality across transformation scopes.

Scope transformation assignments with sponsors and process owners; define outcomes, baselines, milestones and risks.
Lead current-state research to identify pain points and redesign future-state processes and controls.
Develop implementation plans, business cases and readiness requirements to support transition; facilitate workshops and decisions.
Support transition and transfer ownership to business stakeholders, ensuring sustainable process change.
Define and track process outcomes and manage risks, dependencies and quality across the lifecycle.
