Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a skilled Business Analyst to drive process improvements, digital transformation and system implementations. You will partner with business users, management, vendors and IT to deliver effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, BRD/FSD documentation, solution design support, testing and UAT, plus data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in app development, business systems implementation or IT project management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL and BI tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to understand requirements and document BRD/FSD.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for developers.
• Support system design, testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Produce reports, dashboards and business insights for management.
• Support regulatory/compliance needs and data privacy considerations.
