Fullerton Fund Management in Singapore seeks a Client Partnership professional to support global intermediary clients. Based in Singapore, you will work within the Client Partnership team under the Business Development group, providing service, onboarding, due diligence, and data-driven support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders, preparing materials, and leveraging AI/ VBA/Python to streamline processes. Degree holder with 2+ years in finance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund management, banking or finance industry.
• Experience in client-servicing or client-related role.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Be part of the Client Partnership team to support client servicing function to global intermediary clients.
• Facilitate client account opening/ onboarding/ offboarding process, distribution agreement reviews, completion of fund setup forms.
• Support on-going periodic Client Due Diligence (CDD) review.
• Provide sales support to the Business Development teams including updating of presentation materials, information and data collation, etc
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned within the wider Business Development Group
• Provide back-up support to Client Partnership - Reporting Team, where needed
• Automate repetitive workflow using AI, Microsoft VBA, Python, etc
