Job summary

The role focuses on onboarding new private equity fund clients, coordinating implementation projects and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with CFOs, fund managers and internal teams to streamline onboarding, enhance service delivery and drive innovation in fund accounting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• 4+ years of fund administration experience, with focus on private equity funds.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience interpreting fund documentation (LPA, PPM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; client-focused.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new private equity fund administration clients.
• Coordinate collection of historical accounting and fund data with clients.
• Review and organise information for accurate fund accounting and investor deliverables.
• Provide guidance on fund accounting practices and structures.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and support clients during onboarding.
• Manage milestones, deliverables and stakeholder expectations across projects.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with product, tech and operations to relay client feedback.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and improve efficiency.
• Explore emerging technologies to improve accuracy and scalability of processes.
