Job summary

StraitsX Group in Singapore is seeking an Account Onboarding Associate to deliver smooth onboarding experiences for clients, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, Legal and Operations to activate accounts.

You will improve onboarding processes, ensure regulatory compliance, track SLAs, and gather feedback to drive workflow improvements. The role requires 1–2 years in banking/fintech/payments or Web3 onboarding, strong communication, and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding clients in banking/fintech/payments or Web3 environments.
• Strong client-focus and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams to gather requirements and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact from engagement to account activation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Account Operations to gather docs and requirements.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to onboarding workflows and SLAs.
• Track onboarding metrics and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Gather client feedback and drive process/product enhancements.
