Job summary

The Apex Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships across private equity and private credit fund operations. You will oversee NAV reviews, trial balances, capital calls and distributions, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while driving one-to-one service quality.

You will mentor team members, manage workloads, and coordinate audits with external auditors. This role requires strong English communication, leadership, and a deep understanding of fund accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting.
• 10+ years of private equity or real estate fund accounting work experience.
• Experience with private credit funds desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for client relationship, inquiries and meetings.
• Interact with Senior management and clients.
• Review procedures and recommend solutions to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards.
• Implementation of fund structures onto accounting system.
• Review of constitutional documents and preparation of client SLA and budgeting.
• Operational onboarding of new funds and ensuring readiness prior to launch date.
• Solving operational problems and complex decision making on a day-to-day basis.
