APEX FUND SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Manager – Private Equity in Singapore. You will review fund documents from an operational perspective, provide accounting services, and calculate NAV and investor services. You will also review team output and coach staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in private equity or real estate fund accounting, a degree in accounting, and experience reviewing financial statements. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PE/VC funds and related products.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and capital activity.
• Track record in private equity or real estate fund accounting.
• Past responsibility for coaching staff and ensuring quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review all capital activity of the funds.
• Review Limited Partner and General Partners allocations and schedules.
• Review financial statements and partner capital statements.
• Review investor onboarding documents for AML/KYC compliance.
