Job summary

Apex Group, a leading global fund administration and middle office provider, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee Private Equity and Private Credit client relationships in Singapore. You will engage with senior management, manage onboarding, and ensure adherence to controls and regulatory requirements.

The role covers NAV reviews, accounting oversight, investor services, and team leadership. You will drive process improvements, mentor staff, and coordinate with auditors while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of private equity or real estate fund accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced MS Excel; proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Efront or Investran systems is highly desirable.
• Professional designation such as CA/CPA/CMA would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, inquiries and meetings with senior management.
• Review NAV files, trial balance, GL, and related reports for funds.
• Manage investor onboarding and AML/KYC compliance processes.
• Lead team performance, resource planning and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely financial audits and controls.
