Job summary

Singlife in Singapore is seeking an experienced pricing leader to support the VP in Group Pricing, delivering pricing strategy, product development and risk management for employee benefits and healthcare products.

You will lead pricing tenders, renewals and new products, oversee junior staff, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Ops, IT and Reinsurers, and drive pricing analytics and automation using AI.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in group insurance or employee benefits pricing.
• Progress in actuarial examinations; near qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical and data skills; proficient in Excel, Access, VBA, R and Prophet.
• Proven stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Ability to coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day allocation and coach junior staff.
• Drive pricing for tenders, renewals and new products with VP oversight.
• Lead pricing initiatives for strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Ops, IT and Reinsurers.
• Oversee analysis to inform pricing assumptions and insights.
• Support treaty negotiations and reinsurance analysis.
• Develop pricing tools and automation leveraging AI.
• Ensure governance and approvals for pricing processes.
