Job summary

Manulife Singapore's Product Pricing team is seeking a hands-on Pricing Manager to own end-to-end pricing workstreams for life insurance products, including new product development and enhancements such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL).

You will build and run pricing models, perform profitability analysis, present recommendations to senior leaders, and translate product features into system requirements across the lifecycle, while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant life insurance actuarial experience.
• Hands-on pricing, modelling and product implementation experience.
• Experience with GGY AXIS and transition to AXIS.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing workstreams end to end for new life products.
• Build and validate pricing models and documentation.
• Present pricing recommendations to leadership.
• Translate product features into system requirements across lifecycle.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support UAT.
