Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with international professional credentials.
• At least 8 years in Life (Re)insurance with pricing and product experience.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Understanding of underwriting and claims interaction with pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and product development initiatives for Asia Protection.
• Manage a small pricing team and own pricing activities from end to end.
• Peer review team output and ensure high technical standards.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Client Solutions to deliver client solutions.
• Oversee pricing terms, model reviews, and market pricing considerations.
