Sun Life is seeking an Assistant Pricing Manager in Singapore to lead pricing and actuarial analyses for high-net-worth (HNW) products. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to drive profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and market relevance.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to VNB reporting, and interact with senior leadership on strategic pricing decisions. This position offers exposure across ALM and valuation within the Singapore team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support pricing and actuarial analysis for new HNW product initiatives with profitability and market alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy, Implementation and Business teams to design differentiated HNW offerings.
• Support special quotes, jumbo cases, and bespoke client solutions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models (deterministic & stochastic) for pricing/profitability.
• Monitor new business performance and optimize pricing structures.
• Provide analysis to obtain product approvals and support templates for Cover Page and illustrations.
• Oversee VNB reporting, explain drivers of profitability, and build products into valuation model.
