Job summary

Pacific Life Re is seeking a Manager, Pricing, Protection, Asia to lead the Asia Protection Pricing team from Singapore. You will own pricing activities, product development, and experience analysis, guiding a small team and collaborating with Underwriting and Client Solutions to deliver innovative pricing solutions across the region.

The role requires an essential actuary qualification and 8+ years in Life (Re)insurance, with strong pricing, analytical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Essential Qualified Actuary (IFoA, SOA or IOAA).
• 8+ years in Life (Re)insurance with actuarial principles.
• Experience in team management and pricing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and product development; mentor pricing team.
• Deliver pricing terms and models to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Peer review team members' work and ensure quality.
• Manage assigned pricing projects and quotes with minimal support.
• Support Client Solutions to strengthen client relationships.
