Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking an experienced actuary to lead product pricing review and governance for life insurance offerings. You will review pricing for campaigns, support development and re-pricing of new launches, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Near qualified with progress in actuarial examinations or qualified actuary.
• Minimum 6 years of actuarial pricing experience in life insurance.
• Strong knowledge of protection, participating, investment-linked, group, and HNW.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with actuarial methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pricing review and governance for products and campaigns.
• Support product approval and governance for individual and group insurance.
• Contribute to development and re-pricing of launch products.
• Ensure pricing complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide actuarial technical support for individual and group lines.
• Assist in participating and High Net Worth inforce management.
• Participate in Vitality Wellness Program pricing.
• Conduct and review experience studies.
• Support financials and risk assessments for underwriting initiatives.
• Perform other product and pricing duties and mentor juniors.
