Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an Actuarial Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end pricing and support actuarial pricing processes for new and existing life insurance products.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate profitability testing, pricing assumptions, system implementations, and timely product delivery, while maintaining strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years actuarial pricing experience is a plus.
• Experience with Prophet, VBA, and Excel is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for clear business connectivity.
• Engaging and open-minded team player with meticulous financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pricing and implementation of new products.
• Assist Actuarial Pricing Leads and participate in end-to-end pricing and profitability testing.
• Liaise with Products, Distribution, and Policy Servicing to support client requests.
• Participate in risk management projects including market and operational risk reviews.
• Assist with department-wide exercises such as experience studies, financial stress tests, and regulatory initiatives.
• Support Head of Pricing to safeguard financial health and ensure statutory compliance.
