Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is assisting a leading reinsurer in Asia to fill a senior role responsible for the client proposition strategy for protection products across Asia. The position requires close collaboration with global client solutions, market teams and protection product leads to move ideas from concept to execution.

You will explore new markets, design strategies for protection products in various markets, and drive initiatives with an international scope.

Qualifications

• Actuarial background with strong technical skills and commercial mindset.
• Minimum 12 years experience in Life and Health.
• Good understanding of the insurance/reinsurance landscape.
• Open to consider international candidates and relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client proposition strategy for protection product within Asia.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including global client solution, market and protection product teams to move ideas through to execution.
• Explore new markets initiatives, product and client proposition development.
• Design the strategy for protection product in different markets.
