Job summary

Singlife in Singapore is seeking a Senior Pricing Actuary to lead pricing for employee benefits and group insurance. You will oversee day-to-day pricing activities, collaborate with Sales, Finance and IT, and coach junior team members to strengthen analytical excellence.

The role focuses on building pricing tools, leveraging AI, and ensuring governance in pricing decisions, including tenders, renewals and new product pricing.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in group insurance or employee benefits pricing.
• Experience with AI tools or applications is a plus.
• Progress in actuarial examinations; near qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical and data skills with Excel proficiency.
• Proficient in Access, VBA, R and Prophet for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing for group insurance and employee benefits programs.
• Oversee pricing strategy and case execution with VP oversight.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, IT, and Reinsurers.
• Analyze data insights to inform pricing assumptions and profitability.
• Develop pricing tools and automation, leveraging AI.
• Ensure governance and approvals within pricing frameworks.
