Job summary

You will direct pricing, modeling, risk analysis, and structuring for new business opportunities, collaborating with Business Development to meet client needs and to grow market share.

The role requires extensive actuarial experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, math, or related field; actuarial fellowship preferred.
• 20+ years actuarial experience in life/health pricing and reinsurance.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pricing strategy and influence APFS pricing direction.
• Oversee pricing, modeling, risk analysis, and structuring for new business.
• Drive market development in APAC with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead multiple manager levels and foster a positive work environment.
• Partner with Business Development to meet client needs and close deals.
