Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in infrastructure presales or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of server and storage solutions across major vendors (Dell, HPE, NetApp).
• Good understanding of virtualization and hyperconverged tech (VMware, Nutanix).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand infra requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Design and recommend enterprise infra solutions covering servers, storage, virtualization.
• Prepare proposals, BOMs, specs, and solution architecture for opportunities.
• Support sales during presales with meetings, presentations, and discussions.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners to validate designs, pricing, and requirements.
• Assist tender/RFP responses with technical inputs and documentation.
• Conduct product demos, workshops, and PoC activities as required.
• Maintain knowledge of enterprise infra technologies and industry developments.
