Job summary

Ambition Singapore, on behalf of a leading retail bank, seeks driven Relationship Managers to join their Banking & Financial Services team. You will deliver tailored financial advisory services and investment solutions to affluent clients, building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include upselling and cross-selling, providing market updates, and acquiring Premier Banking clients. Expect rigorous adherence to FAA and statutory acts, with strong communication skills and CMFAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• CMFAS certifications including RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the banking/financial industry; experience in financial and investment product sales.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly motivated and a strong team player.

• To provide customers with timely information, advice and recommendations to meet their requirements.
• Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to these customers.
• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking customers, develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)

Job Requirements
