Ambition is recruiting a Relationship Manager for its client, a leading international bank, to expand the Premier Banking - Private Client segment in Singapore. The role focuses on acquiring affluent clients and delivering professional financial analysis and advisory services.

Key duties include relationship management, upselling, cross-selling, and providing market insights while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth management sales experience in banking/financial services.
• Recognized university degree in finance or related field.
• Knowledge of investment products including unit trusts, bancassurance, treasury.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and prospect new Premier Banking - Private Client customers (onshore & offshore) with AUM S$1.5M+.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with the Bank to meet business goals.
• Contribute to profit and growth targets for Premier Private Client.
• Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers via consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide market updates and trend analysis to clients.
• Ensure superior customer service and enhance overall client experience.

Our client, a leading international foreign bank is looking for highly driven Relationship Managers to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities: -

• Actively acquire and prospect new customers for the Premier Banking - Private Client (Onshore & Offshore) segment (AUM S$1.5 million & above).
• Develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
• Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Private Client through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
• Manage the relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to these customers.
• You will also ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Private Client.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Recognized university degree
• 5 years or more of wealth management sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment with proven track record in sales performance.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and good at tele-consulting.
• Initiative, integrity, and ability to work independently and as a team.
• The drive to succeed and is focused and disciplined to achieve the sales quota and revenue.
