Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (SG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients, leveraging banking and wealth management solutions within a global banking platform.

You will conduct professional financial analysis, profile clients, and build lasting relationships while meeting targets for new business and customer acquisition. The role requires a degree in business or finance, RNF and CFMAS certifications, and proven experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• RNF and CFMAS certifications.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management products, including investments, funds, equities, insurance, and treasury.
• Additional language proficiency relevant to effective communication with the client base and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral networks across internal teams and external channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality after-sales service and proactively manage client retention to sustain long- term relationships.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, risk management, and internal control requirements.
