NCS is a leading technology services firm delivering consulting, digital services, and technology solutions across APAC. We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Pre-Sales) to drive server, storage, backup and cloud solution opportunities.

The candidate will engage customers early, gather requirements, and deliver complete, cost-effective solutions. Strong OS and virtualization skills, plus backup technology expertise, are essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of systems, storage and cloud experience in major vendors.
Hands-on with diverse OS (Windows, Linux, Solaris) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Nutanix AHV).
Strong knowledge of backup/archival solutions such as Cohesity, Veritas, Veeam, Dell/EMC products.
Pre-sales experience in server/storage/back-up/cloud solutions.
Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide expert pre-sales support for servers, storage, backup and cloud solutions.
Engage with customers early to sell servers, storage, backup and cloud solutions.
Gather customer requirements and propose complete, cost-effective solutions.
Prepare solution write-ups, BOMs, and compliance statements; coordinate with Delivery team.
