Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a Senior System Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid cloud, and cloud-native deployments. You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms while applying security best practices and ensuring high availability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in system administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory expertise.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper‑V).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IIS, and file/print services.
• Backup, DR, and high-availability design and implementation.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Patch management and monitoring tools (SCCM/WSUS).
• Cybersecurity, hardening, and compliance awareness.
• Excellent documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise system infrastructure across environments.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, policy, and related services.
• Manage virtualization platforms and optimize VM performance.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and optimize efficiency.
