Job summary

Axon in Singapore is seeking a high-energy pre-sales sales engineer to accelerate our SaaS offerings in the public safety space. You will master Axon technologies, lead compelling business and technical presentations, and engage CIOs and channel partners to expand our customer base.

Travel up to 70% of the time, work with cross-functional teams, develop POCs, prepare SOWs, and assist with commercial offers while delivering clear technical documentation and strong written responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Fluent English and Indonesian required.
• Experience supporting sales with presentations and analyses.
• Experience training new employees.
• Translate and verify documents for new products.
• Prepare commercial offer documentation and proposals.
• Associates degree or higher in Engineering or CS preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Master Axon technologies and products.
• Lead business and technical presentations for customers and partners.
• Engage CIOs, IT leaders, and channel partners in technical discussions.
• Coordinate and manage the POC/Pilot process with stakeholders.
• Develop Statements of Work for Professional Services.
• Support cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and win opportunities.
