Job summary

gmr pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to oversee Prata, Goreng, and Dosa preparation, ensuring consistency and quality across all items.

You will implement standardized recipe SOPs, supervise a busy kitchen, manage equipment and hygiene, train teams, and monitor costs and waste while addressing guest feedback promptly. This role requires at least 4 years of Prata flipping experience and a proven track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Prata flipping.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced supervision and hands-on support in Prata, Goreng, and Dosa preparation.
• Develop and ensure strict adherence to standardized recipe SOPs for all key menu items.
• Manage kitchen maintenance, including equipment, exhaust systems, refrigeration, gas lines, and hygiene compliance.
• Lead, coach, and train kitchen and service teams to high operational standards.
• Track and control daily sales, wastage, food cost, and operating expenses.
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and quality concerns promptly and professionally.
• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, food quality, staff performance, and discipline.
