Job summary

tk Springleaf Prata Place Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced kitchen supervisor to oversee the preparation of Prata, Goreng and Dosa. You will lead hands-on operations, enforce SOPs, and maintain high food quality and cleanliness across the kitchen.

You will train and coach kitchen and service teams, monitor daily sales, wastage, food cost and expenses, and address customer feedback promptly. You will take full responsibility for operations, staff performance and discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Prata Flipping.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and hands-on support in the preparation of Prata, Goreng, and Dosa.
• Develop, implement, and ensure strict adherence to standardized recipe SOPs for all key menu items.
• Manage kitchen maintenance, including equipment, exhaust systems, refrigeration, gas lines, and hygiene compliance.
• Lead, coach, and train kitchen and service teams to achieve high operational standards.
• Track and control daily sales, wastage, food cost, and operational expenses effectively.
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and quality concerns promptly and professionally.
• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, food quality, staff performance, and discipline.
