Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support a large transformation programme across multiple workstreams. You will assist governance, financial management, reporting, and resource tracking, ensuring accurate financial and governance information.

You will work with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and stakeholders to maintain schedules, controls, and documentation, contributing to a structured enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• PMO, project coordination, programme support or project finance experience.
• Understanding of governance, controls, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PMO operations across multiple projects.
• Ensure governance frameworks, reporting standards, and PMO processes are followed.
• Coordinate governance meetings, reviews, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and stakeholders.
• Maintain project artefacts, logs, and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor budgets, spend, forecasts, burn rates, and funding usage.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, and executive summaries.
