Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Service Management program. You will drive technology delivery with a people-centric focus, enabling organizational readiness and sustained value realization across corporate functions.

The role requires deep OCM experience, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Security to deliver impactful outcomes. Flexible office arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of technology project management experience.
• Proven expertise in organisational change management for large-scale technology programs.
• Certification in Agile, SAFe, PM/IPMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or change management (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and change management across the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) program.
• Develop and execute OCM strategies to support adoption of new service management platforms and processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, Security to identify change impacts and design interventions.
• Coordinate across programs to ensure consistent change messaging and user experience across workstreams.
• Collaborate with product managers and vendors to align technical delivery with people-centric outcomes.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to build awareness and capability for new solutions.
• Support post-implementation hyper-care and continuous improvement.
