Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer at Changi Business Park to lead project scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will handle contract programmes, monitor progress, and advise on EOT claims across multiple construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of planning experience, a Civil/Construction management degree, and hands-on Primavera expertise to develop baselines with resource and cost loading.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning and working programmes (various trades).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule with resource and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
