Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead and monitor schedules for multiple construction projects at Changi Business Park. The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus experience in preparing contract programmes and EOT submissions.

You will review contract conditions, manage progress tracking, and develop recovery plans while coordinating with project teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for multiple projects.
• Prepare contract programmes and high-level summary programmes for presentations.
• Review contract conditions to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies, and propose risk mitigation.
• Monitor progress of the construction programme and assess delay events and impacts.
• Lead EOT claims preparation, submission, and related contractual submissions.
• Prepare progress reports, S-Curves, KPIs, and health checks for programming.
• Prepare detailed commissioning and baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Advise on post-contract claims, disputes, and litigation related to programming.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Senior Planning Engineer

• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $5,600- $6,800+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Description:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions so as to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes/construction working programmes (various trade).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
3. Hands-on experience with Primavera.
