Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead development and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project across multiple construction projects.

You will prepare contract programmes and high-level summaries for presentations, review contract conditions for risks, monitor progress, and manage EOT submissions. Degree in Civil/ Construction Management and 8–10 years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes/construction working programmes (various trades).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.
