Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Planning engineer to join our team in Jurong East. You will coordinate schedules, reporting, and tender planning with internal departments and subcontractors to drive project progress.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering/Construction, at least 5 years of relevant experience, is proficient in P6 Primavera, and has LTA experience. This on-site role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in construction and building industry
Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent
Proficient in P6 Primavera program
Must have LTA Experience

Responsibilities

Liaise with internal department and subcontractor in weekly/monthly progress report preparation
Plan out performance progression on upcoming project
Prepare weekly development progress
Prepare master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage
Assist in tender preparations including technical planning and tender presentations
Monitor project progress and advise on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
Identify and report variations in contract requirements
Attend meetings with clients/consultants/subcons and suppliers for design, drawings, methodologies, catalogues and material matters.
