Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Planning engineer based in Jurong East to manage project scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires preparing progress reports, master programmes, and supporting tender submissions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of construction experience, a relevant engineering degree, and hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6. LTA project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction and building industry.
• Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent.
• Proficient in P6 Primavera program.
• Must have LTA Experience

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal department and subcontractor in weekly/monthly progress report preparation
• Plan out performance progression on upcoming project
• Prepare weekly development progress
• Prepare master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage
• Assist in tender preparations including technical planning, submission of write-ups proposal and tender presentation to clients
• Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
• Identify and report variations in contract requirements
• Liaise and attend meetings with clients/ consultants / subcons and suppliers for design, drawings, methodologies, catalogues and material matters.
