Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore (Changi Business Park) seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead the development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple construction projects.

You will prepare contract programmes, review conditions, manage EOT submissions, and produce progress reports, baselines with resource/cost loading, and provide guidance on post‑contract disputes related to programming.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare contract programmes, including high level summaries for presentations.
• Review contract conditions to identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Monitor progress, determine delay events and impacts.
• Lead EOT claims, submissions and negotiations.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and scheduling health checks.
• Prepare baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Advise on post-contract claims, disputes and litigation related to programming.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Senior Planning Engineer

• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $5,600- $6,800+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Description

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions so as to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes/construction working programmes (various trade).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
3. Hands-on experience with Primavera.
