Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer in Singapore to lead and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for multiple construction initiatives.

This role is based at Changi Business Park with a Monday to Friday work pattern and a competitive salary package. Candidates should have a Civil/Construction management degree and 8–10 years of planning experience in construction, with hands-on Primavera proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes/construction working programmes (various trade).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
3. Hands-on experience with Primavera.
