Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead scheduling efforts for multiple projects at Changi Business Park, Singapore. You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to develop, maintain and monitor programmes, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.

Requires 8–10 years of planning experience in construction and hands-on Primavera experience. Regular hours are Mon-Fri, with salary in the SGD range and a variable bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare contract programmes including high level summary programmes for presentation.
• Review contract conditions to identify onerous provisions and propose risk mitigation.
• Monitor progress of the construction programme and determine delay events and impacts.
• Lead EOT claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and programming health checks.
• Prepare detailed commissioning and baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Provide advice on post-contract claims, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Senior Planning Engineer

• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $5,600- $6,800+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Description:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions so as to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes/construction working programmes (various trade).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
3. Hands-on experience with Primavera.
