Job summary

Kajima Overseas Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior planner to lead the development, maintenance and monitoring of multiple project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

You will prepare contract programmes and high-level summaries for client presentations. The role requires 8–10 years in construction planning, hands-on Primavera experience, and strong skills in project controls, delay analysis and EOT claim preparation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, and delay analysis methodologies.
• Experience with EOT claim preparation and contract submissions.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare contract programmes and high-level summary programmes for presentation.
• Review contract conditions to identify onerous provisions and mitigate risks.
• Monitor progress, determine delay events and impacts.
• Lead EOT claims preparation, submission and negotiation.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and programme health checks.
• Provide guidance on post-contract claims and disputes related to programming.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
