Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling in Singapore. Based at Changi Business Park, the role uses Primavera to develop, maintain and monitor complex project schedules across multiple projects.

Strong experience with contract programmes and EOT submissions is essential. You will review contract conditions for risk mitigation, monitor progress, and prepare baseline, recovery and commissioning programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and propose risk mitigation.
• Monitors progress of the construction programme and determines delay events and their impacts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits including S-Curves, KPI productivity and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes/construction working programmes (various trades).
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule including resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
