Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Planner to act as the PMC's senior planning authority for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and transmission project. You will develop, maintain and report an integrated schedule, coordinating across EPC/EPCI contractors, international suppliers, and cross-border interfaces to ensure timely project delivery and COD readiness.

The role requires 12–15+ years in planning, strong Primavera P6 skills, and experience with IMS.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on large-scale capital projects.
• 8+ years in Lead Planner, Senior Planner, or Project Controls roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on EPC/EPCI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project planning and scheduling activities across the PMC.
• Establish planning standards, procedures, coding structures, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure consistent scheduling practices across all contractors and project teams.
• Support project execution, forecasting, and proactive schedule risk identification.
• Develop IMS and integrate schedules across Solar, BESS, Substation, and Marine packages.
