Senior Planner – Integrated Master Schedule Lead

Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Planner to act as the PMC’s senior planning authority for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and transmission project spanning Solar PV, BESS, HVAC substations, and cross-border interfaces.

You will develop, maintain, and forecast the integrated project schedule across all phases, providing independent governance, risk assessment, and schedule leadership to ensure on-time delivery and COD readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years planning and scheduling experience on large-scale capital projects.
• 8+ years in Lead Planner, Senior Planner, or Project Controls roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project planning and scheduling activities across the PMC.
• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Independent schedule assessments, validate realism, and challenge forecasts.
• Identify, monitor, and maintain critical/near-critical paths and recovery options.
• Prepare and present IMS updates, dashboards, and risk reports.
