Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Performance Test Engineer to lead performance testing across the software lifecycle.

You will plan, execute and analyse tests, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with developers to improve application performance and stability. Requirements include 8+ years in performance testing, hands-on LoadRunner experience, and strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on LoadRunner, performance test planning and data setup.
• Experience with Web protocols, monitoring tools and logs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyse performance tests across the SDLC.
• Identify bottlenecks and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Set up environments, data and workload models for testing.
• Prepare reports, track defects and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Support performance engineering in cloud and on-prem environments.
