Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Performance Testing professional to design and execute strategies for scalable, reliable systems. The role requires 6+ years in Performance Engineering and hands-on work with LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, and NeoLoad across APIs, Web, Mobile, and microservices.

You will monitor with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and Kibana, perform SQL tuning, and drive CI/CD aligned with Agile/DevOps practices. Banking/FS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT/Finance or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Hands-on with LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Neo Load.
• Experience in API, Web, Mobile, and Microservices performance testing.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: response time, throughput, latency, scalability, resource utilization.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Kibana.
• SQL proficiency, database performance tuning, and application architecture knowledge.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking and Financial Services domain experience preferred.
