Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior-level performance testing and engineering specialist in Singapore. The role requires hands-on LoadRunner expertise, strong Java skills, and experience with monitoring stacks to drive scalable performance improvements.

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define production-like load scenarios, analyze system behavior, and deliver comprehensive test reports and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Expertise in test planning, estimation, strategy, workload design, test cases and environment setup.
• Experience with LoadRunner Performance Center and protocols Web HTTP/HTML/TruClient/Web services.
• Experience with monitoring tools Geneos, Grafana, Prometheus, BMC TrueSight and Splunk.
• Strong analytical skills to derive efficient PROD-like requirements and sign-off.
• Hands-on Java experience and knowledge of agile development, on-premise and cloud architectures (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Execute benchmark, load, stress and nonfunctional tests; monitor logs for anomalies.
• Collaborate with developers to identify bottlenecks and memory issues.
• Analyze CPU, memory, network usage, GC and DB parameters; report findings.
• Publish results, prepare status reports and track defects to closure.
• Promote performance engineering throughout the SDLC.

Minimum 8 Years of Relevant Experience in Performance Testing and Engineering

Expertise in Test Planning Test Estimation Test Strategy Work Load Design TestCases Design Test Environment Setup Test Data Setup Defect Management

Expertise in Performance Testing tools using MicroFocus LoadRunnerPerformanceCenter and protocols 3 protocols where Web HTTP HTML Truclient and Web services is Mandatory

Should have experience in monitoring tools like Geneos Grafana Prometheus BMCTrueSight and Splunk

Should have strong skills in analysing PT requirements guide client stakeholders suggest them to derive efficient PROD similar requirements

MUST HAVE Hands-on experience in CCJava

Knowledge of agile development Onpremise and Cloud Architecture such as OCPAWS

Execute Benchmark load stress endurance and other nonfunctional tests Monitorapplication logs to determine system behaviour, Address all technical issues, facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with

Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications

Publish results and receive appropriate signoff, prepare detailed status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues

Identifying memory leakage connection issues Bottleneck problem in the application

Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills

Collaborating with developers to promote the concept of performance engineering during all phases of the SDLC to detect and correct performance issues earlier in the lifecycle

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Must have Problem solving skill, good writing and oral communication skills

JIRA and Confluence experience
