Job summary

Experience with application security tools (HP WebInspect, HP Fortify, Burp Suite) and performance testing (LoadRunner).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

Spearhead admin and support of enterprise apps (PeopleSoft, ECM, OutSystems).
Troubleshoot performance issues, apply patches, ensure high availability.
Ensure security and performance through regular assessments and remediation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations and enhancements.
Manage vendor engagements and lifecycle of outsourced IT projects.
Lead user testing and training for new system functions.
Maintain system documentation and knowledge base.
Gather feedback and usage data to identify enhancements.
