Job summary

MINDSG LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to oversee the strategy and operation of the organisation's enterprise software stack, including ERP, HRMS, CMS, and e-Procurement. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end SaaS rollouts, and ensure data integrity and PDPA compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise application management experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong ERP/HRMS/CMS domain knowledge and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, operation, and evolution of MINDS' enterprise application portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end SaaS deployments, upgrades, and data migrations.
• Manage AMS vendors, SLAs, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Ensure PDPA compliance, IT controls, and governance standards.
